Cozy coffee shop serving the Brickell District community since 2014. Located in the lobby of a 20-story upscale office building with 24-hour security and ample on-site parking garage. The shop is equipped with oven, coffee machine, refrigeration and freezing capacity, plasma TV, video surveillance, and point of sales. Works only from Monday to Friday, from 7,30 am to 6,00 pm. Good to support USA visa procedures. All operating licenses are active. Note that in 2020, because of the Pandemic, the place remained closed, opened in February 2021 but the office building was under COVID-19 restrictions. Now, with normal activities, the coffee shop should reach its pre-pandemic levels.
