The Bathroom, kitchen, and other common spaces will be shared with a family occupying two bedrooms and a prospective occupant of another efficiency within the same house. Interested applicants must apply with a credit score and rental background history. The minimum credit score needs to apply for rent is 580. There will be a charge of $50 dollar if landlords have to get credit and background reports on the behalf of the prospective tenant.
