The facility is a fully operational wholesale nursery with greenhouses and full sun growing areas. Most of the improvements were made new in 2017, including the storage and shipping area. In the front, facing 200th Street (Quail Roost Drive) a new retail area was constructed. This features an office, two bathrooms, covered areas, and plenty of parking.
