Pets allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $50 per week for the first 4 weeks, $45 weekly for weeks 5-8, or $35 weekly for weeks 9-20. Not assigned parking spot, but the city offers municipal parking right next to the building for $60 per month. Tenants must have / pay for their own renter’s insurance.
