The hacienda has four adjoining properties. The first largest property +- 50% is covered by improved and natural pastures of the area. The remaining 50% are paramos and forests rich in water sources. The other three properties are separated by the main road, of which 80 percent covered native pastures. It is located near the municipality of Tuluá and half of that route is paved. The hacienda and the 3 farms that make up the Agropecuaria, are in the high cold thermal floor between 2800-3300 Mts over see level. They are soils and microclimates very suitable for agricultural, livestock, floriculture, fish farming activities. It has the capacity to house approximately 1,300 grazing animals. It has 5.5 miles of internal roads, 13 houses with electricity and septic tanks.
